KnowledgeRetention

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026 — [PENDING COUNSEL REVIEW]

1. The service

KnowledgeRetention is a knowledge-capture and continuity service for nonprofit organizations, operated by ChAImp [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, JURISDICTION]. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Your data

Your organization owns everything it captures. We never use customer content to train AI models, never sell it, and never share it except to operate the service. You can export your data at any time and request deletion; canceled accounts retain data for 90 days for export, then it is deleted.

3. Accounts & security

Two-factor authentication is required on every account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and backup codes. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Billing

Paid plans are annual subscriptions billed through Stripe. After a failed renewal you have a 14-day grace period before the workspace becomes read-only. [REFUND POLICY].

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to access other organizations' data, no abuse of the service. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” [LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LANGUAGE — COUNSEL]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
