What we collect

Account details (name, email), the knowledge your organization chooses to capture (interviews, uploads, emails you forward), and operational logs needed to run the service securely.

What we never do

• Train AI models on your content — our AI providers are bound by terms prohibiting it.
• Sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• Let one organization see another organization's data.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Neon — Postgres, Vercel — hosting and file storage, Stripe — billing, Resend — email) [DPA REFERENCES — COUNSEL]. Sensitive personal fields are encrypted at the application layer.

Your rights
